We’ll take a steady, step-by-step approach over two Zoom sessions, choosing practices that are both effective and manageable for your current energy.

    • 4 email check-ins/support over first 4 weeks

The full package is:

This includes:

  • Two Zoom consultations (any practice parts of the session can can be recorded and kept).

  • All supporting materials and light between-session support

  • A wrap up session to embed the practices, answer questions and discuss any further support.

Note: You’ll be invited to purchase any herbs or oils separately via links I’ll send (such as Triphala, Ayurvedic massage oils). Some products may be discounted, depending on availability).

How It Works

  1. You’ll start by choosing 2–3 practices from the Sattva Vijaya Menu that you’d like to focus on over the first four weeks.

  2. We’ll meet for your 60-minute Zoom session where we’ll work together through a blend of Q&A and guided practices.

  3. You’ll receive your follow up email with your Sattva Vijaya 3 month plan.

  4. Between sessions, you’ll explore your chosen practices at your own pace along with 4 weekly email check-ins during your first month. These will help you understand your practices better, provide clarification, direction and make time for your weekly email coaching support.

  5. We’ll meet again for your follow-up session when you’re ready to adjust, reflect, trouble-shoot and go deeper.
