Slow Earth Element Practice

This slow-paced Earth Element class is designed to help build our capacity for peace and quiet. You might assume everyone can take it slow, but our starting points vary—from mild stress to being so overwhelmed we can't imagine stillness. This practice can be demanding yet rewarding for those who need to work on cultivating peace and quiet.

We will use a mudra that promotes safety and security, ideal for those feeling anxious and fearful even after resolving the root cause. This class can become your go-to until you experience the soothing relief of deep exhales.
