This Wind Element practice features gentle shoulder openers and breath-work, using a variety of shoulder-release techniques along with Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. These exercises help reconnect you to a full and nourishing breath. It’s an excellent way to provide your body and mind with an energy reserve or a top-up after feeling washed out and worn down.
