This daily check in is a meditation on the ten pairs of 'guna' of Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurveda gives importance to providing balance via using 'counter qualities' to anything imbalanced AND to a daily self-care routine. This video is the lead into both. Don't expect to get it right away. This is a subtle practice of diving into the interior sensations and geography of the body, mind and emotions - often untravelled.
