To clarify, I'm referring to neuroplastic pain, which can lead to ongoing discomfort or even debilitating pain, ultimately diminishing one's ability to engage in the practice over time.

It's time to explore the transformative power of titration in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.

The Challenge: Imagine facing a yoga pose that feels daunting, even painful, stirring up fear and resistance. This fear-pain cycle can keep us stuck, hindering our progress and enjoyment of the practice.
